Your role: You will provide hands-on and administrative support to ensure the Better Recycling programme is delivered smoothly across our operational teams. This includes coordinating activities, organising training and inductions, supporting system use (such as Bartec), managing resources like PPE, maintaining accurate records, and helping resolve day-to-day queries between Customer Services and Waste teams.

What you will need: You will be highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple tasks. You should have experience in administrative or coordination roles, good IT skills, strong communication abilities, and an understanding of GDPR and basic compliance requirements. Experience supporting change, using operational systems, or coordinating training would be an advantage.
