East Suffolk Council is an exciting place to work, delivering essential local services and making a real difference to a quarter of a million people across East Suffolk. The Housing Services Team is looking to hire a Housing Officer.
The successful candidate will be required to effectively manage the letting of properties in a given area patch and to provide a proactive and efficient housing management service for residents.
What You Will Need
- Knowledge and a good understanding of housing law, housing benefit regulations and welfare rights.
- Experience dealing with the public in difficult situations.
- At least three years' experience working in a housing environment.
