We currently have an opportunity to join East Suffolk Council's Housing Regulatory Compliance Team as a Housing Data and Monitoring Team Leader.
Your role: You will provide support and assistance to the Strategic Lead - Housing Regulatory Compliance and HRA Strategic/Service Leaders, Managers and Team Leaders, to ensure that accurate records, case management and data monitoring is always maintained, in line with statutory requirements and service performance.
What you will need: You will have experience of line management or supervision including performance management and staff development along with experience of leading a team to meet service targets, deadlines and quality standards. The candidate will have the ability to motivate, support and manage staff including conducting supervision, appraisals and supporting professional development.
