Your role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the team to deliver their ambitious and complex service including:
- website updates and enhancements
- organising the delivery of our annual landlords conference and other communication events
- providing essential back office support to deliver regular, accurate performance reporting
- providing a triaging service to ensure landlords and tenants are directed to the correct support
The role is varied and currently influenced by recent changes to private renters’ laws. For more information see the Safe Suffolk Renters website.
