Your role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a full time HR Support Officer to join our friendly HR team.
You will provide HR administrative support and be a first point of contact for internal and external HR enquiries for East Suffolk Services Limited. Your role will be very varied, including providing comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment and selection process, managing the new starter and leaver processes, and making payroll changes. You will also be involved in administering the induction and probation processes, carrying out HR compliance activities and assisting in the administrative co-ordination and support of corporate initiatives as required.
The majority of our teams are working in an agile way, with a mixture of home and office working, depending on individual preferences and service requirements.
What you will need
You must be a team player, have excellent organisational and customer service skills, and have an aptitude for IT and HR systems. You should also be able to work under pressure, managing changing and sometimes conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail. It is essential that you have previous administrative experience in a busy office environment.
