We have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our busy team, working on supporting our HR service for East Suffolk Services Limited based at Ufford Depot, near Woodbridge.

You will provide responsive HR advice and support and will work in partnership with our customers and the team to deliver a highly effective, professional and pro‑active HR service.

You will be responsible for providing advice and support to managers in employee relations, performance management, discipline and grievance and absence management. You will also be responsible for recruitment in your designated service areas and managing occupational health cases to conclusion.

Applicants should be CIPD level 5 qualified as a minimum, with a willingness to work towards the level 7 qualification. You will also have recent and relevant HR advisory experience including up‑to‑date knowledge of employment law, as well as strong IT, communication, and customer service skills.

*Salary offered within the grade will be dependent on experience and qualifications.
