We're looking for a technical lead with strong experience across IT business systems, ideally within local government housing. You'll be responsible for:
- Working closely with Project Managers / Business Analysts to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Leading on the implementation and optimisation of key housing systems
- Supporting ongoing digital transformation across the service
- Providing specialist knowledge and guidance to the wider team
- Supporting system upgrades, new module implementations, and process improvements
- Liaising with software suppliers and stakeholders to ensure delivery stays on track
- Driving best practice across system use, integration, and adoption

- Total Mobile (Connect, Mobilise)
- Civica (Keystone)
- MRI (Orchard Enterprise & Assets)
Additional Experience Welcomed
- Systems migrations and integrations
- Working across both on-premise and SaaS platforms
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Progress OpenEdge databases
- Proven experience working with complex business systems
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to lead technically while supporting and upskilling a team
- Experience within housing / local authority environments (preferred)
