We are looking to recruit a Voluntary Services Administrator to support our volunteers across ESNEFT. This role will allow us to support volunteers, enabling us to engage untapped volunteer resources and access their energy and new ideas. In turn this will enable us to support more patients, develop new volunteer opportunities and help us take our patient experience above and beyond normal NHS service provision.
The main purpose of the role is to support the Voluntary Services Coordinator in providing a professional volunteer service across ESNEFT, building strong professional relationships with our existing and new volunteers and service leads across the organisation. With a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills you will be able to easily build rapport with volunteers, staff and stakeholders in order to understand need and support services. This post is based at our Ipswich Hospital site but you may be required to work across ESNEFT sites and from home occasionally.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a front of house service for the Voluntary Services team, signposting where appropriate and liaising with the team to deliver a robust volunteering offer for the Trust.
- Ensure the accurate and effective use of the electronic recruitment and training systems to provide a seamless process for volunteers and collate data for the purpose of evidence-based recruitment and training practice.
