East Riding Leisure Withernsea is looking for motivated and reliable Casual Lifeguards to join our friendly and professional team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service, safety, and helping people enjoy our facilities with confidence.
The post will involve maintaining high standards of service delivery and being actively involved in the health and safety and cleansing throughout the Centre. The main role will be supervising and observing the pool ensuring a safe and friendly environment. It will also be necessary to set up and dismantle equipment.
Ideally you will have some experience within the leisure industry with wet and dry facilities and must possess a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification. Desirable qualifications will include first aid at work, pool plant operators certificate and IOSH Managing Safely although training will be given.
