The job itself is required from September 2025. TMWS is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Due to our expanding Enhanced Resource Provision for students on the autistic spectrum, we require a Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs. Experience working with students with Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, and/or physical disabilities is preferred. However, TMWS would consider an apprenticeship for candidates without qualifications but with enthusiasm to support young people and undertake necessary training.
As a school with many students with additional needs, we offer opportunities for CPD and career progression at all levels within our dedicated team of teaching assistants.
