Headlands School is seeking a talented, ambitious and inspirational Humanities Teacher to join our strong, popular and committed History Department.

As a classroom practitioner you will be able to demonstrate you are a committed team player and that you can enthuse, engage, motivate and challenge our students to raise their achievement regardless of their prior attainment. ECTs are welcome to apply. For teachers currently undergoing teacher training, an offer will be subject to completion of relevant training courses.

The successful post holder will recognise that excellent practitioners can teach across the age and ability range. With exceptional communication skills, and experience of effectively implementing strategies to develop teaching and learning within your own classroom.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised individual with the ability to lead initiatives, introduce new strategies and evaluate their impact on outcomes.
