The Governors of St Mary\’s CE Primary School are looking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated, friendly, and efficient School Business Manager to join our large, inclusive, and successful primary school in Beverley.

The School Business Manager (SBM) is responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school, including financial management, health and safety, human resources, premises management, compliance, administration, and marketing. The post sits within our school leadership team and therefore candidates should have some management and leadership experience and excellent organisational and communication skills.

This is a varied and fulfilling role. Candidates must be enthusiastic, flexible, approachable and hard working. They will advise on and implement the day-to-day support that enables the school to operate effectively and efficiently, and that allows other members of the leadership team to focus on teaching and learning.

Successful candidates will be supportive of the Christian ethos of the School and promote and uphold the values of the school in all that they do.
