Bridlington School is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our friendly admin team. Experience is not necessary as full training and induction will be provided, however you must be confident in liaising with all stakeholders whilst representing the TORCH values of the School.

The Role

You will play an important part of the whole school communication as the first line of contact for visitors, parents/carers, Local Authority and the general public. Working alongside a second receptionist, you will work closely with one another in the Astro Centre. In addition to the expected reception duties, you will have the opportunity to be involved in a range of administrative tasks, involving you in whole-school events and working within the wider administrative team.

You will have access to a host of CPD and training opportunities both internal and external with the option to take on additional responsibilities in areas of interest. At Bridlington School we have a genuine drive to support staff-wellbeing through a number of workload reduction measures.

About You

You must be willing to complete First Aid training and offer support across the school where required.
