- Time and a half for all weekend hours.

Wold Haven Residential is a care home for older people in Pocklington. The home has been awarded a ‘Good’ rating by the Care Quality Commission and we pride ourselves on quality and providing a homely environment for our residents.
We are looking for a Night Care Assistant for 2 x contracted night shifts per week, 11pm to 7am. You may be already experienced in working in care or looking to start your first job in care. If so, this job may be right for you. Full training and support will be provided to develop you to provide high-quality care and support that enables residents to live their best possible life.
You will be part of a large professional team, and as a Care Assistant, you will have a varied working day supporting all residents to maintain daily living skills and to develop new ones. You will work on a 4-week rolling rota to include 2 x weekends, for which allowances will be paid.
1x 16 Hour Permanent Night Care Assistant role. Casual contracts also available. We do consider requests for different working hours or casual work patterns. Please highlight this on your application if you would like us to consider this.
