This is an extremely rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to children's lives in a Residential Care Setting. St Anne's Residence provides short breaks to children and young people aged 5-19 years, offering structure and consistency across 48 weeks of the year. We are rated GOOD by Ofsted.

We pride ourselves on developing self-help, independence, social and communication skills through recreational activities on and off site for children and young people. The emotional well-being of children and young people and safety is a high priority.

You will be qualified with an NVQ/Diploma level 4 in Care of Children and Young People/Social Care Pathways/Residential Child Care or higher and will have at least 2 years' experience or more of working in Residential Care. You should be committed to promoting positive values, and you'll have a confident and positive approach to behaviour management.
