As a Family Help Team Manager, you will lead a team of Family Help Practitioners and Senior Practitioners, oversee complex case management and ensure the delivery of effective, strengths-based early help interventions. You will be responsible for managing risk, safeguarding children, and driving performance to achieve positive outcomes for families.

Key Responsibilities:
