The East Riding of Yorkshire Council Adult Learning and Employability team is here to deliver employment support, learning and skills training to adults across the East Riding and beyond. We have learning centres in Beverley, Bridlington, Cottingham and Goole and deliver face to face and virtual learning, including accredited qualifications to help people reach their employment goals, tailored learning courses for those who want to develop knowledge, confidence and well-being skills, and our commercial offer for those learners that want to learn a new skill or technique.
We welcome CVs from those with a passion to inspire adult learners to achieve their learning goals. To work with us you must be suitably qualified, have a good knowledge of the subject you are teaching and be able to communicate this to others in a supportive, responsive and engaging way.
We would be particularly interested in hearing from applicants that have experience in teaching essential digital skills to adults who may be new to technology or who require additional support to build confidence, and applicants who have availability to deliver across our evening provision.
