The role involves a mixture of practical support with daily living tasks, assistance with physiotherapy/wellbeing, supporting her at the gym and with her nutrition needs and support to attend appointments, activities and social outings.

The location is within 5 miles of Howden.
About the Role

Duties May Include
- Assistance with personal care (to be discussed in detail on interview).
- Support with exercises - at home and at the gym.
- Meal preparation and assistance at mealtimes - this will include batch cooking from scratch.
- Medication organisation.
- Driving to appointments.
- Support with gym / activities.
- Assistance with transfers when required.
- Support with social outings and activities.
- Occasional assistance with phone calls or paperwork.

- Comfortable driving a Motability vehicle.
- Able to lift a manual wheelchair into a car.
