The East Riding Leisure Hornsea are seeking a full time and part time (16 hours) motivated and customer focused Duty Manager to join our leisure team working on a rota basis including weekends, early mornings and evenings. You will be responsible for the day to day operation of this multi-service facility working alongside the partners based in the facility whilst ensuring a safe, welcoming and high quality experience for all visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising staff
  • Staff training
  • Monitoring and development
  • Maintaining health and safety standards and site maintenance
  • Handling customer queries
  • Supporting the delivery of excellent service across the site
