The job itself

We are a relational, trauma and nurture-informed primary school where children\’s wellbeing is the foundation for learning.

We are looking for a Cover Supervisor/Teaching Assistant who shares our belief that relationships matter most and that every interaction shapes a child\’s story.

This is a varied and rewarding role that combines supporting children with SEND and covering classes across the school. You\’ll help create safe, inclusive and inspiring spaces where children feel secure, valued and ready to learn.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Builds trusting, respectful relationships with pupils and adults.
  • Understands that behaviour is communication and responds with empathy and consistency.
  • Has experience supporting children with SEND and a passion for inclusive education.
  • Can lead learning confidently when covering lessons, following school routines and maintaining high expectations.
