The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.

Applications are invited for seasonal grounds maintenance operatives to carry out grass cutting and other ground works at our cemeteries, closed churchyards and Sewerby Hall Gardens. Previous experience of carrying out this type of work is an essential requirement; however, some training will be provided.

We have 5 vacancies which are based at the following locations:

  • Sewerby Hall & Gardens, Bridlington
  • Bridlington Cemetery
  • Driffield Cemetery
  • Hessle/Anlaby/Beverley Cemetery
  • Willerby Depot - travelling to Churchyards

The vacancy will be for 30 weeks from 16 March to 9 October 2026.
