We are looking for a Family Help Senior Practitioner to join our dedicated team in East Riding of Yorkshire Council. This is a key role within the Family Help service, supporting the delivery of high-quality, trauma informed, and strengths based interventions for families at Level 3 of the East Riding Framework of Support. About the Role As a Senior Practitioner, you will: Deliver targeted interventions and evidence based programmes to children and parents. Deputise for Team Managers and represent the service in key thematic areas Promote multi agency working and ensure effective information sharing across partners. This is a frontline leadership role where your expertise, creativity, and commitment to trauma informed practice will be vital in achieving better outcomes for children and families.
