Join Our Team as a Family Help Senior Practitioner

We are looking for a Family Help Senior Practitioner to join our dedicated team in East Riding of Yorkshire Council. This is a key role within the Family Help service, supporting the delivery of high-quality, trauma informed, and strengths based interventions for families at Level 3 of the East Riding Framework of Support.
About the Role
As a Senior Practitioner, you will:
- Deliver targeted interventions and evidence based programmes to children and parents.
- Deputise for Team Managers and represent the service in key thematic areas
- Promote multi agency working and ensure effective information sharing across partners.
This is a frontline leadership role where your expertise, creativity, and commitment to trauma informed practice will be vital in achieving better outcomes for children and families.
