Are you passionate about helping adults achieve their learning goals? We are looking for two dedicated Learner Experience Advisors to join our team and help shape positive learning experiences for adults across the East Riding. This is an exciting opportunity to support individuals throughout their learning journey and play a key role in a growing team.
As a Learner Experience Advisor, you will:
- Ensure learners receive the personalised support they need to achieve and progress with their next steps.
- Identify starting points for learners, providing advice and guidance on Adult Learning courses and progression to further learning and future career pathways.
- Work as part of the wider Quality team to ensure that learner experience is at the forefront of our growth and development.
- Monitor learner progress and support with timely interventions to ensure success.
