Appleton Court, the East Riding's latest extra care scheme located in Hessle, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Worker to join our team. As a Care Worker, you will play an integral role in providing care and support to ensure the needs of our tenants are met, working in line with the ethos of Extra Care and the councils policies and procedures, and working within an agreed shift pattern.
Our focus is on providing outcomes-based care plans, promoting access to community activities, utilising technology-enabled care, and offering support to our tenants to enable them to live independently. We are looking for a candidate with experience working in an adult social care setting and an understanding of CQC regulations and reporting procedures.
You should also be able to listen and talk sympathetically, while being respectful of others' needs, wishes, and right to privacy and dignity. At Appleton Court, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our tenants, helping them to live as independently as possible.
