The job itself attracts enhanced payments, which include:

  • Time and a half for all weekend hours.
  • Time and a third for weekdays hours worked between 20.00 and 23.00 (late shifts end at 23.00).
  • Double time for Bank holidays.

Full training and support will be provided to develop you to provide high quality care and support that enables residents to live their best possible life. You will be part of a large professional team, and as a Care Assistant you will have a varied working day supporting all residents to maintain daily living skills and to develop new ones.
