We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic HLTA to join our team from September 2026 on a 1 year fixed term contract, covering PPA time and delivering/supporting interventions across the whole of KS2.

Responsibilities:

  • Can support in the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for all pupils
  • Has high expectations of learning and behaviour whilst being supportive and nurturing
  • Seeks to make learning exciting and a positive experience
  • Communicates well with parents, carers and members of staff, as well as pupils
  • Works well as part of a team with a flexible approach to changing demands
  • Is willing to contribute to school life outside of the classroom
  • Has a HLTA or a relevant higher qualification (Level 4 or above)
