About the Role

As a School and Community Practitioner, you will be the key link between early help and education settings, providing advice, guidance, and support to families and professionals. Please note while the base for mileage is Driffield you will work across the North Locality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide early intervention and parenting support in schools, homes, and community settings.
  • Support schools to deliver the Family Help offer and promote positive engagement.

  • Has strong communication, conflict resolution, and partnership working skills.
  • Is flexible and confident working across schools and communities.
  • Holds a full driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
