Are you ready to make a real difference and lead the way in family help? We are looking for an experienced social work professional to lead The Family Help Team and drive positive change for children, young people and families.
Duties include:
- leading and inspiring a team delivering early help and family-led solutions
- overseeing complex cases, safeguarding and risk management
- championing high-quality, strengths-based practice
- collaborating with partners and shaping future services
You will have:
- a social work degree and leadership experience
- strong knowledge of safeguarding and early help frameworks
- excellent communication and decision-making skills
- a driving licence and access to a vehicle
