The Healthy Homes Team within East Riding of Yorkshire Council is recruiting to support vulnerable residents to remain living in safe, warm and adapted homes.

You will work with casework colleagues, Casework team and the Level 3 Technical Officer to plan and cost adaptations and coordinate disabled aid referrals.

The role requires good general education, strong organisational and communication skills, and the ability to liaise with partners to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
