The job itself
This is an exciting opportunity to join The Healthy Homes Team.
You will be part of a team aiding in the delivery of a comprehensive service allowing vulnerable people to remain living in a safe, warm and adapted home.
The post holder will enable the improvement of the health and well being of our residents by delivering grant funded schemes providing disabled aids and adaptations along with advice and support.
We are looking for someone who is innovative, positive with a ‘can do’ attitude and the motivation to deliver.
The successful candidate will have a good level of general education and experience of working both in the Building Trade and with the general public.
You will work closely with the Casework team and the Level 3 Technical Officer to produce plans and costings for adaptations required and the Occupational Therapy Team providing disabled aid referrals.
You must have excellent organisational, communication and IT skills, and able to liaise with a range of partners to deliver the best outcome for clients.
