We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our existing Corporate Programmes team to manage the delivery of a complex Leisure Management System.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the solution which will replace the incumbent, working with internal and external customers, as well as partner organisations. You will have an appreciation of ICT technologies, be self-motivated and forward thinking, with a can-do attitude.
The ability to build relationships in a remote working environment is key; you need to be both flexible and positive, and able to adapt to new situations or procedures as required.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience and/or skills in the following areas:
- Experience in delivering complex projects on time and to budget using a recognised methodology
- Ability to motivate, provide clear direction and prepare others for change
- Good interpersonal skills and able to deal with people face to face, via video calling, on the phone or via written communications
- Experience of working with suppliers and partners to deliver solutions to improve service delivery
- Ability to solve problems, make informed decisions and work on your own initiative
- Attention to detail and produce well written documentation
This job is fixed term for 12 months from the date of appointment.
