Job Overview: We are currently recruiting a Qualified Social Worker (Adults) to join the Safeguarding Adults Team in East Riding of Yorkshire. This is a full-time role offering a competitive hourly rate and consistent weekday working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working within the Safeguarding Adults team to protect vulnerable adults
  • Undertaking safeguarding enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014
  • Completing assessments, care planning, and risk management
  • Working collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure positive outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate and timely case records
  • Supporting adults at risk while promoting independence and wellbeing
  • Contribute to team performance and support induction of new colleagues
