Committed to being ambitious for children, their families, and carers we continue to focus on protecting children and keeping them safe, whilst developing our approach to strategic commissioning to ensure that we provide children and families with the support they need at the right time using our practice model which emphasises restorative, relational practice. We have committed, permanent and skilled commissioning teams in both Adults and Children's areas and work collaboratively with health commissioners and providers and are looking for an energetic and innovative leader to take up the Head of Service role in Children's Commissioning.

You will have the drive, ambition and innovation skills to strengthen integrated commissioning across health, education and social care services and will demonstrate the savings and efficiencies made as a direct result of your leadership and influence on reshaping the market. We are looking for an individual who has integrated commissioning experience and skills at a senior strategic level and can provide inspirational, inclusive, and engaging leadership in the development and operational delivery of our commissioning offer both internally and across partners, whilst strengthening existing relationships.

You will be a dynamic, forward thinking strategic senior manager, with a key understanding and extensive experience in leading the fast pace working environment of Integrated Commissioning. A confident, compassionate, and collaborative leader you will drive forward good practice alongside continued improvement and transformation to create a future proof offer that is aligned to the diverse needs and context of East Riding.
