We are seeking a Director of Digital, Change and Technology to lead a pivotal directorate at the heart of the organisation. You will lead a diverse portfolio that combines digital innovation, organisational change, performance insight and communications, building the foundations, capability and culture needed to improve services and transform customer experience through Artificial Intelligence.

You will lead high-performing services that deliver efficient, joined-up, customer-focused outcomes and use performance intelligence to drive continuous improvement. Working closely with Members, the Chief Executive and senior leaders, you will turn strategy into action, delivering at pace, embedding sustainable change and achieving measurable results.
