The predicted salary is between 12 - 15 £ per hour.
The job itself involves assisting a gentleman in his mid 70s who requires a personal assistant to cover various shifts for current staff members' holidays and sickness cover. This gentleman has a neurological condition which affects his mobility. Cover is required for some daytime social calls, late evening calls, and wake night shifts.
We are looking for someone who is reliable and trustworthy, and who will become part of the family dynamics and form a good working relationship with the gentleman and his wife. The role will be discussed further at the interview.
Hours will vary; there are currently several staff working 54 hours per week in total. DBS/Reference checks will be required for this post, with the cost to be met by the local authority.
