An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Facility Manager to join the team at East Riding Leisure Beverley. Working closely with the Facility Manager, you will play a key role in the day to day operation of a busy and high performing leisure centre, supporting the delivery of high quality leisure services and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This is a hands on leadership role, ideal for someone with strong management skills and a passion for sport, leisure and community wellbeing.
The Role
You will support the Facility Manager in the effective operational management of the centre, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with council policies and procedures. You will lead and develop staff teams, support programme delivery and events, and contribute to service improvement and income generation.
