Anlaby Primary School is seeking to appoint an ambitious, passionate and highly motivated Assistant Headteacher and SENDCo with responsibility for Inclusion to join our senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the next stage of our school improvement journey. This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional leader who is committed to ensuring that every child, regardless of need, background or circumstance, can thrive and achieve their full potential.
As our strategic lead for inclusion, you will work closely with staff, pupils, families and external agencies to develop and embed a truly inclusive culture across the school. The successful candidate will have the vision, drive and expertise to lead whole-school improvement in inclusion, ensuring that all pupils, particularly those with SEND and other vulnerabilities, receive the support, challenge and opportunities they need to succeed.
