East Renfrewshire Council's Roads & Transportation Service is looking to recruit a committed individual for the position of Technical Officer (Network). You will work as part of the Network Team within the Service. The post will be responsible for the preparation and issue to competitive tender of carriageway and footway resurfacing schemes, tender evaluation, supervision of the works on site and payments to contractors. The post will work closely with various stakeholders within the Service and across the Environment Department together with external stakeholders.
Hybrid employees are considered workplace based first, but they will have a level of flexibility to work from home up to 40% of their working week, if it is not to the detriment of their current tasks, team requirements or service needs.
