The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates who have experience at and within a Building Standards environment. The main focus of this post is verification of building works through plan checking, site inspections and testing of materials in line with all current legislation. You will assist the Principal, Senior and Building Standards Surveyors in dealing with a wide range of building warrants, completion certificates, letters of comfort, plan vetting, site visits, enforcement and compliance work. We ask that you bring excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have the passion and experience to deliver results. You will ensure continuous improvement and efficiency, a positive and flexible organisational culture and promote an innovative and collaborative way of working and a partnership approach to service delivery.

Depending upon the needs of the service, staff in Hybrid roles will typically work from home for up to 40-60% of the time where the needs of the service can still be met.
