Do you feel you have the skills to make a difference to young people and families in East Renfrewshire? Are you approachable, caring and able to build relationships and support young people when they need it most?

We have a post in our Youth Intensive Support Service. The posts will provide support to young people up to the age of 26. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the a new Training Flat resource for Care Experienced Young People in East Renfrewshire. This post will support transitions to independence for care experienced young people. This role will support the day to day organisation of the training flat and provide support to our care experienced young people and their families while ensuring young peoples voices are at the heart of what we do.

Responsibilities

Secondments may be considered for East Renfrewshire Council employees. Please discuss with your line manager in the first instance.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
