We have an exciting, fixed term opportunity to join our friendly and supportive Compliance team within Housing Services. In this role you will provide essential business support to help the team deliver key landlord compliance programmes, including gas safety, electrical safety, asbestos and legionella, working closely with colleagues, contractors and customers.
As part of this role you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and certificates, updating internal systems, raising and tracking works orders, coordinating appointments and communications with tenants, and supporting day-to-day administrative and financial processes.
We need someone who has strong administrative experience, excellent attention to detail and confidence working with data and digital systems. You’ll have experience coordinating tasks and working collaboratively with internal colleagues and external contractors, along with the ability to communicate clearly with customers over the phone and in writing.
Knowledge or experience of statutory compliance within housing (for example gas, electrical safety, asbestos or legionella) would be particularly relevant. Ideally, you’ll also have experience of working in a housing or compliance environment, using housing management/repairs systems, and supporting basic financial processes such as purchase orders and invoice processing.
We welcome discussions about flexible working arrangements for this role – please contact us if you would like to explore options. Hybrid employees are considered workplace based first, but they will have a level of flexibility to work from home up to 40% of their working week, if it is not to the detriment of their current tasks, team requirements or service needs.
