Job Description:
You will manage the school office and provide personal administrative support to the head teacher, including liaison with other departmental service providers. Oversee the operational aspects of DSM for the school and ensure compliance with standing orders and financial regulations. Assist with recruitment and selection procedures.
Essential requirements include previous clerical and/or administrative experience, including familiarity with DSM and financial procedures.
This position is considered Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Applicants must not be barred from working with children. If you have lived or worked outside the UK in the past 10 years, an overseas police check may be required.
