This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to East Renfrewshire Council\’s Digital Transformation Programme, working within the Business Operations and Partnerships Department on key areas such as digital, modernisation, and data, supported by a broader organisational development initiative.

Motivated and enthusiastic, you will have the opportunity to support a range of projects. As an effective communicator, you will collaborate with colleagues to achieve project outcomes and facilitate change. Good analytical skills and previous project support experience are essential. You should also be confident in using Power BI, Microsoft 365, and other ICT packages.

The post holder will work with the Digital Transformation Programme Team as part of the PMO team, focusing on the development, design, and delivery of change projects aimed at enhancing the department’s service efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.

You will be asked to support, plan, implement, and deliver specific projects, which will be defined and managed by the Digital Transformation Boards under the guidance of the Director of Business Operations & Partnerships and Heads of Service.

*Depending on service needs, staff in hybrid roles may work from home up to 40-60% of the time, provided service requirements are met.
