We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Executive Assistant who is committed and takes pride in enabling effective, values-driven leadership. Working at the heart of the Chief Executive’s Office, you will provide high-level support to the chief executive and other senior leaders, helping to ensure transparent, accountable decision-making that delivers positive outcomes for our communities.
This is a pivotal role requiring sound judgement, discretion, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, politically aware environment. You will provide administrative support coordinating key governance processes, managing complex information flows and ensuring leaders are fully briefed and supported to deliver the Council’s priorities, while contributing to continuous improvement and the modernisation of how we work.
