Advert We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and supportive team in a role that will enable and support strong, sustainable, safe and inclusive sports clubs in East Renfrewshire.
As part of this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with club leaders and ensuring sports clubs in East Renfrewshire provide a pathway for people to participate, progress and go on to achieve in sport.
We need someone with a strong background in working across a range of sporting environments and a proven ability to build and maintain productive partnerships that deliver positive outcomes and lasting community impact.
You will be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of governance and compliance within the sport sector, alongside experience of supporting and enabling volunteers to contribute effectively.
Committed to increasing participation among underrepresented groups, you will have experience of leading and delivering projects in the community from planning through to implementation, ensuring sports clubs are accessible, impactful, and responsive to community needs.
Ideally the successful post holder will also hold a degree level qualification in sport or a related discipline.
