The successful applicant will assist with general business support activities including managing correspondence, dealing with telephone and face-to-face enquiries and preparing documents such as letters, agendas and meeting papers. This post is based entirely in the Family Centre and is not suitable for home or hybrid working.

Responsibilities:

  • Be part of a business support team and provide efficient and effective administrative support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • This post is Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. It is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with children.
  • If you have lived or worked outside the UK in the past 10 years, there may be a requirement for an overseas police check.
  • Proof of right to work in the UK is required; any offer of employment is conditional upon verifying documentary evidence before employment commences.
  • East Renfrewshire Council does not provide Visa sponsorship.
