The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The post is designed with a view to delivering high quality personalised customer service around tenancy support with an emphasis on rent arrears, estate management and anti-social behaviour. The post holder will take responsibility for managing their individual patch and also work as part of a team to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a primary interest and priority in making sure they are the approachable and consistent contact between the customer and the Service, reducing levels of rent arrears and tenancy issues and in doing so supporting residents.
