The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We’re looking for an experienced ICT Technician to join us. As a key member of a busy, customer-facing team, you’ll help to ensure an efficient response to ICT incidents, problems and service requests. Working with colleagues you will provide telephone and face to face support to our ICT Business customers.
You’ll need to be a highly skilled communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and be experienced in dealing with a wide range of people. You’ll have strong organisational skills along with the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure and manage your workload to meet tight deadlines.
You should have previous experience of working in an ICT support role along with an extensive working knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop support. Experience of Microsoft Intune and SCCM would be an advantage.
