We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our ICT team as an ICT Officer (Business Relationships). In this role, you will support the ICT Business Relationship Managers in ensuring strong alignment between service departments and ICT, contributing to effective technology planning, improved service delivery, and meaningful stakeholder engagement.

You will be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to service areas. You will help drive innovation, improve service delivery and ensure that technology investments deliver measurable value. You will work closely with ICT colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure ICT solutions are fit for purpose, scalable and aligned with best Council and public sector practices and values.

You will contribute to service area and overall Council digital strategies, support the prioritisation of ICT projects and help shape governance processes to ensure transparency, accountability and alignment with corporate priorities and ambitions. You will be an excellent communicator and team player with positive interpersonal attributes.

Hybrid employees are considered workplace based first, but they will have a level of flexibility to work from home up to 40% of their working week, if it is not to the detriment of their current tasks, team requirements or service needs.
